Coming from the North:
Get on I-95 South toward Waterford/New Haven
Take exit 82 for CT-85/Broad Street toward Waterford
At traffic light Turn LEFT onto CT-85/Broad Street/Hartford Turnpike
At traffic light Turn RIGHT onto Jefferson Ave.
At next traffic light Turn RIGHT onto Chester Street 0.3 mi (when you turn the New London High School will be on your left.)
After a three way stop sign, Take the first LEFT onto Clark Lane
At the second traffic light Turn LEFT onto Boston Post Road (at the “T”)
You must turn LEFT onto Woodland Grove and the entrance to the parking lot is the first RIGHT. (Center for Healing Therapies is across from City Tire. If you pass the Rite-Aid you have gone too far.)

Coming from the South:
Get on 95 North toward New London/Groton
Take EXIT 75, US Route 1/Boston Post Road, toward Waterford.
At Stop sign bear RIGHT onto Boston Post Rd/US-1.
Approximately 4.7 mi Turn LEFT onto Woodland Grove and the entrance to the parking lot is the first RIGHT. (Center for Healing Therapies is across from City Tire. If you pass the Rite-Aid you have gone too far.)
