Music has been scientifically proven to lower blood pressure, lower cortisol levels, (stress hormones), regulate white blood cells, boost immunity and improve overall health.  Music has the ability to give energy, help find a connection with ourselves and others, and provide a means for relaxation.  This 8 week class will be focused learning how to use music in everyday life to increase wellness. We will be singing, chanting, toning, playing instruments, and writing songs to help decrease stress and increase self-expression.  NO MUSICAL EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
