Gather in a casual atmosphere with a small inimate group of women of all ages. Come prepared to share, encourage, be inspired and renewed. Refreshments are always served.

May is a time of hope and promise. The flowers are blooming and the trees, here in New England, are beginning to pop those incredible tender shoots. Promise…an amazing concept.

One that engenders hope and joy…but what if things haven’t worked out in the past? What if there have been so many disappointments that any possibility of joy becomes suppressed, to avoid more let downs? How do you let yourself trust again?

Becoming completely present in this very moment frees you from the array of fears that can fill the mind. Choosing to take control of your breathing, therefore your life, empowers you to take the leap of faith necessary to hope.
