Learn how to keep your metabolism “ON” all day and the secret to successful weight loss. Let go of the emotional blocks that stand in your way and experience complete self acceptance. You will receive Holistic Nutritional Counseling as well as physical movement to achieve the mental/emotional movement necessary to change your life.
