| You are invited to learn the secrets of the hula hoop. Hoop dance is a rapidly spreading workout, hobby, and lifestyle for women and men of all ages. Come and experience the hoop through yogic stretches, dance concepts and tricks. Hooping can be used for weight loss, stress relief, toning and strengthening, balance and flexibility, stamina as well as a moving meditation. Burn 500 calories in an hour while embracing both your inner child and your vibrant sensual nature. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged. This Demo/Class will be a relaxed and easy learning environment for everyone to explore the hoop at their own pace. Come hoop it up!
